About the Scope of Appointment.
Federal rules require a Scope of Appointment before a licensed agent discusses specific Medicare Advantage or Part D products with you. It simply documents which types of products you agreed to talk about. It is not an application, and it does not enroll you in anything.
Andrés will provide the form through an approved provider before your appointment, or you can complete it at the start of your conversation.
Andrés will send you the approved Scope of Appointment form when you schedule.
